baltimore police beating De Sousa admits to falsely inflating tax deductions

Former Baltimore Police Commissioner Darryl De Sousa has pleaded guilty Tuesday to three counts of failing to file tax returns. De Sousa, 54, pleaded guilty in federal court. He also admitted to falsely inflating deductions during several different years. His unpaid liability totals $67,587.72. He has paid down about $6,000 of his unpaid liability.
